About Stream Biomedical

Founded in 2016, Stream Biomedical is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing LG3, a first-in-class protein designed to activate the brain’s natural repair mechanisms. The company is focused on restoring neurological function after injury or disease, including stroke, traumatic brain injury, and Alzheimer’s disease—conditions with few options that address underlying brain damage.


LG3 is being developed as a regenerative biologic therapy that supports the brain’s intrinsic ability to heal by targeting multiple aspects of injury, including vascular dysfunction and inflammation.
